• We accept prepaid payments and Cash on Delivery where available. All orders are subject to payment verification, serviceability and order confirmation.

• We accept payment methods available at checkout through secure payment gateways.

• If payment cannot be processed or is declined, your order may be cancelled.

4. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, sizing, and pricing are accurate.

However:

• Slight color variations may occur due to photography, printing methods, or screen settings.

• Product measurements may vary slightly.

• Many of our products are made to order using print-on-demand manufacturing. Minor variations in print placement, color, or finish are normal and are not considered defects.

• We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

5. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities purchased, cancel suspected fraudulent orders, or cancel orders due to pricing, inventory, or technical errors. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the applicable refund will be processed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Tracking information will be provided after the order has been dispatched.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they enter production or fulfilment. Once production or fulfilment has started, cancellation may not be possible because many ZEYVO products are produced specifically for the customer’s order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to request a cancellation.

8. Returns and Refunds

The ZEYVO Refund Policy governs returns and refunds.

Return or refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and may be approved only when the customer receives a damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly misdescribed product.

Returns for change of mind, dislike of colour or design, or an incorrect size selected by the customer are not accepted. Size exchanges are not available.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including logos, designs, product images, graphics, text, videos, icons, and website layout, is the exclusive property of Zeyvo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Zeyvo shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by natural disasters, floods, fires, pandemics, strikes, government actions, transportation disruptions, internet outages, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
